Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

Established in 1982, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is China’s first national forest park and the core of the Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area. It is known for its sandstone peak-forest landscape: dense quartz-sandstone pillars, deep valleys and forest trails.
