How much are tickets?

We do not publish ticket prices. Fares, discounts and validity are published by the scenic-area administration and authorised channels, and may change by season or policy. Confirm on official channels before buying.

What are the opening hours?

Opening hours and the operating windows of cableways and walkways vary with season, weather and maintenance. Follow official notices and on-site information, and allow time for queues and transfers.

Where should I buy tickets?

Use official scenic-area channels or authorised channels announced by them. We do not resell tickets and are not responsible for third-party inventory, refunds or pricing.

How do I switch between Chinese and English?

Every page has a language switch in the top-right corner that takes you to the same content in the other language. We never force a redirect based on IP and never restrict access to either language version.

Why does the home page suggest a language?

On a first visit we may read a country code supplied by a trusted network layer, purely to suggest a language. It is an estimate, not an identity or location determination, and is never used to restrict content. You can switch and save your preference at any time.

How do I get to Zhangjiajie?

Zhangjiajie is served by rail and air, with expressway links to nearby cities. Train, flight and coach timetables change with published schedules — check the carrier’s official channels for current times and tickets.

Which routes suit visitors with limited mobility?

Caves, lake areas and some viewing corridors are lower intensity, but steps, slippery surfaces and gradients remain. Contact the scenic-area administration in advance about currently available routes and facilities.

What if mountain weather changes suddenly?

Follow on-site announcements and staff instructions, avoid lightning and rockfall risk areas, and stay out of closed sections. Adjust or abort the plan if needed — safety comes before completing an itinerary.

How often is information updated?
